Atomicwork pricing in 2026: plans, costs and reviews

Atomicwork Professional starts from $25,000 a year with 25,000 credits; Business and Enterprise are quoted. Outcome pricing starts at $1 per outcome.

Atomicwork publishes its pricing. As of October 2026, the Professional plan starts from $25,000 per year, billed annually, and includes 25,000 credits, two AI Coworkers and up to 250 end users. Business ("flexible pricing", up to 1,000 end users) and Enterprise (custom contract, unlimited end users) are quoted. Atomicwork also sells outcome-based pricing: $1 per resolved knowledge query, $2 per access request handled end to end, and from $3 per service resolution, each with an annual minimum. Teams on ServiceNow or Jira Service Management can run Atomicwork's AI Workforce on that platform with no platform fee and pay per outcome.

What is Atomicwork?

Atomicwork describes itself as "the AI-native ITSM and ESM platform, run by AI Coworkers and governed by your IT team." Its terms are the AI Workforce and AI Coworkers: AI agents with their own roles, skills and access, which work alongside a full service management platform (incident, request, change and asset management, a CMDB, an access governance module called Access Ops Manager, and analytics).

It covers IT first, then HR (onboarding, benefits, offboarding), finance and legal. Employees reach it through Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, a web portal, a browser and enterprise AI assistants, with voice support and 25+ languages. It lists 100+ integrations including Okta, Microsoft Entra, Workday, GitHub, Salesforce and ServiceNow, and certifications including SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CSA STAR and ISO 42001.

Atomicwork was founded in 2022 by former Nutanix and Freshworks leaders and raised a $25 million Series A in January 2025, led by Khosla Ventures and Z47.

How is Atomicwork priced?

The pricing page offers two ways to buy, usage-based plans and outcome-based pricing, plus a "bring your own platform" option.

Usage-based plans

PlanPriceAI CoworkersLimitsSupport
ProfessionalFrom $25,000/year, billed annually, 25,000 credits2250 end users, 500 devices, 50 appsEmail, business hours
BusinessFlexible pricing, flexible credits51,000 end users, 2,000 devices, 200 appsChat and email, extended hours
EnterpriseCustom contract, volume discounts10Unlimited24x7, dedicated CSM, SLAs

Professional includes full ITSM, chat, voice, email and portal channels, and pre-built analytics and integrations, but not multi-agent orchestration or custom coworker roles and skills. Business adds custom workspaces for each team, enterprise ITSM plus ESM, custom analytics and integrations, and custom coworkers. Enterprise adds custom data residency, uptime guarantees and custom models.

A credit is Atomicwork's unit of AI consumption, drawn each time an AI Coworker completes a job. Atomicwork's estimates: 1 to 10 credits for a knowledge answer, 5 to 25 for access management, 1 to 50 for a workflow and 20 to 100 for AI workforce jobs, noting these are not maximums. The page does not say what happens when credits run out.

Outcome-based pricing

OutcomeWhat counts as onePriceAnnual minimum
Knowledge supportOne resolved knowledge query$125,000 outcomes
Access automationOne access request handled end to end, including approval and provisioning$212,000 outcomes
Service resolutionAn AI Coworker achieving its goal on a ticket (NetworkOps, CloudOps, DeviceOps, incidents)From $38,000 outcomes

All three include volume discounts. The FAQ labels the third tier "Service Acceleration" at "$3+/outcome", so expect the naming to settle.

Bring your own platform

Atomicwork's AI Workforce can run on ServiceNow or Jira Service Management with no platform fee, priced per outcome. The full Atomicwork platform bundled with the AI Workforce is listed as "Outcome pricing + 25+% of net spend"; the page does not explain that figure further, so ask for it in writing. Atomicwork is also sold through Microsoft Marketplace, where buyers can use Azure credits.

How Atomicwork pricing changed in 2026

According to PricingSaaS, a third-party pricing tracker, Atomicwork's Professional plan was listed at $90 per employee per year in a March 30, 2026 capture and moved to "from $25,000/yr" with credits by June 29, 2026, when outcome pricing and the bring-your-own-platform option also appeared. Tier limits have changed since that capture, so rely on the live page.

What does Atomicwork cost in practice?

Some arithmetic from the published figures (our calculations, before discounts):

  • 200 employees on Professional: $25,000 a year is $125 per employee per year.
  • 250 employees on Professional: $100 per employee per year, the cap for the plan.
  • 500 employees: above the 250 end-user limit, so Business applies, which is quoted.
  • Outcome minimums: the annual floors are $25,000 for knowledge support (25,000 at $1), $24,000 for access automation (12,000 at $2) and at least $24,000 for service resolution (8,000 at $3).
  • A third AI Coworker on Professional: $499 a month, or $5,988 a year.
  • Credits: 25,000 credits cover roughly 2,500 to 25,000 knowledge answers at Atomicwork's estimated 1 to 10 credits each. Ask how overage is billed.

Outcome pricing ties cost to automation: the more requests the AI resolves, the more you pay, so model a year of growth in volume before choosing it.

What do reviewers say about Atomicwork?

SiteRatingReviews
G24.0 out of 51
Gartner Peer Insights4.7 out of 512 (75% five-star, 25% four-star)
Capterra4.0 out of 51

The review base is too small for firm conclusions. Gartner reviewers credit strong AI capabilities that automate repetitive IT tasks, and AI search and a virtual agent that let employees solve common problems themselves. The Capterra reviewer likes getting answers in Slack and having help from several teams in one place, and found the vendor team responsive. On the downside, reviewers say setup took longer than expected (teaching the system company-specific language), some of the UI is not fully intuitive, and answer quality is still improving.

Who is Atomicwork a good fit for?

Atomicwork suits IT-led teams that want an AI-first ITSM and ESM platform with published starting prices, especially companies under 250 employees that fit Professional or companies on ServiceNow or Jira Service Management that want to try AI agents per outcome before migrating.

Is it worth it for a 500-person company? It can be, but you will be on the quoted Business tier, and outcome minimums start around $24,000 to $25,000 a year per outcome type. Compare total cost, not the Professional headline. See best ITSM for 500 employees.

Harmony. Harmony's AI agents resolve up to 90% of routine requests in Slack and Microsoft Teams: they verify identity, act through integrations (MFA and password resets, application access with approval routing, group membership, onboarding and offboarding) and open a ticket only when a person is needed. Harmony is a system of record for assets, applications and employee records, with 100+ prebuilt agents and 100+ integrations, and it can run alongside ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Freshservice during a migration. Harmony for HR runs on the same agent. Each deployment is priced with a custom quote scoped to company size and how the platform is used; the core deployment includes the Slack and Teams agent, knowledge base generation, core integrations and support, and Harmony is available through AWS Marketplace private offers. In customer-reported figures published by Harmony, Mammoth Brands cut time to first response from 4 hours to 7 seconds and Fireblocks agents processed 915 application access requests. Ratings: G2 4.8 (80 reviews), Gartner Peer Insights 4.9 (32), Capterra 4.9 (19). Limitations: no published price list to self-serve, G2 reviewers ask for more flexible reporting and dashboard widgets, some integrations needed extra setup steps, and Harmony was founded in 2025, later than Atomicwork.

Leena AI. Pre-built HR, IT and finance AI Colleagues in 100+ languages, aimed at large enterprises, with six-figure marketplace editions. See Leena AI pricing.

Siit. Lower, per-admin pricing and one inbox for Slack, Teams, email and portal requests; full AI agents need the Pro plan.

Freshservice. A mature, per-agent ITSM suite with AI add-ons; Enterprise includes 1,200 AI Agent sessions per license per year.
