We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law, for instance if your request would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others (for example, would impact the duty of confidentiality we owe to others) or if we are legally entitled to deal with your request in a different way than initial requested, we will address your request to the maximum extent possible, all in accordance with applicable law.

Harmony IT, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We have certified adherence to the DPF Principles. If there is any conflict between this privacy policy and the DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Harmony IT, Inc. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. EU, UK, and Swiss individuals have the right to access, correct, amend, or delete their personal data by contacting privacy@harmony.io. We provide an opt-out choice (or opt-in for sensitive data) before sharing data with third parties other than service providers or using data for materially different purposes.
We may disclose personal information to service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, email services), affiliates, legal/professional advisors, and as required by law, as detailed in Section 3. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We remain liable if third-party service providers process personal data inconsistently with DPF Principles, unless we prove we are not responsible for the damage.
