What Harmony does
Employees ask for what they need in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and Harmony’s AI agents resolve the request end to end: granting application access, resetting MFA, onboarding a new hire, answering a policy question.
The platform has two areas. Resolve covers the AI service desk agent, HR service delivery, out-of-the-box AI agents, the no-code agent builder and knowledge base generation. Manage covers assets, applications, employees, compliance and policies, and AI governance. See the platform overview.
