AI-native IT service management (ITSM)
IT service management, built AI-first. One platform to resolve employee requests autonomously, manage your assets, applications, knowledge, and people from a single source of truth, and build your own agents for any process, alongside with Harmony built-in agents, all running on one shared understanding of your organization.
What is AI-native ITSM?
AI-native ITSM means the AI is the service desk, not a feature bolted onto one. In a traditional platform a request becomes a ticket the moment it arrives and a person moves it through a workflow, with AI added later to suggest an article or summarize a thread. In an AI-native platform an agent takes the request first - understanding it, gathering context, resolving it - and a ticket exists only when a human genuinely needs to be involved.
Harmony is built that way. One platform resolves employee requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement and legal, and manages the assets, applications, employees, knowledge and policies those requests depend on. Because resolution and management share one understanding of your organization, the agent answering “can I get Figma?” already knows the requester’s role, the seats you own, the renewal date and the policy that governs the decision.
The platform has two halves. Resolve: the AI Service Desk Agent, pre-built AI agents, the AI Agent Builder and knowledge base generation. Manage: assets, applications, employees, compliance and policies and integrations.
Resolve
Problems
Bad employee experience
Employees struggle with outdated service experiences designed 10–20 years ago, often unsure who to contact or how.
Slow response times
Tickets are still handled manually, and that takes time and long SLAs
Bolted-on AI
Buy AI modules on top of a legacy vendor trying to bolt agentic capability onto infrastructure built 10-20 years ago never hits the bar you set
Scattered agents
Build your own agents and you end up with ten scattered across different tools and frameworks
DIY doesn't scale
Do It Yourself approach doesn't scale and can't be truly done without engineering
Solutions
An AI-powered service desk agent that resolves employee requests instantly, right inside the communication tools your teams already use. It understands intent, takes action, and closes requests without human intervention.

Learn moreHow AI-native ITSM works
A request arrives in Slack, Teams, email, the portal or a call center - or an agent detects a problem before anyone reports it.
- Unified intake
Every channel lands in one queue. Email is auto-threaded, the portal is white-labeled, and tickets can be imported from a connected ITSM with AI pre-classification, so nothing depends on the employee finding the right form.
- AI classification
Each request is typed - incident, request, task, change or question - assigned to the right desk, given a suggested priority, matched to its reporter and tagged for search. Classification re-runs whenever the ticket is updated, so triage stays accurate as the story changes.
- Autonomous resolution
The AI Service Desk Agent searches every connected knowledge source, applies the policy that governs the request, and calls the agent that can complete it: access grants, password and MFA resets, group membership, device actions.
- Approvals where policy requires them
Structured approval chains run in the flow - require all approvers, require any one, or escalate when the first does not respond - with role-based approvers, reminders, timeouts and an audit trail of every decision.
- Human handoff and sync
Whatever needs a person reaches a clean, context-rich agent view, and syncs bi-directionally with Jira, Monday and Asana so downstream teams work in their own tools without duplicate data entry.
One queue, one source of truth for people, assets and applications, and a team that spends its day on the requests that need judgment.
97% of Exodigo’s tickets close within SLA, across 4,900+ tickets
Exodigo runs close to 500 employees, including field crews, on six desks in Harmony - from IT and Systems to R&D and Automations - with a 13-person IT team. One in three employee conversations is resolved with no ticket opened at all, and 5,500 Jira Service Management tickets were migrated before a one-day cutover.
Harmony came to us just in time. It sees what the technicians actually wrote and learns from it for the next tickets, so every ticket we close makes the next one faster.

AI-native ITSM vs. traditional ITSM
The difference is not how much AI is in the product. It is where the AI sits in the path a request takes.
| Traditional ITSM | Harmony AI-native ITSM | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Every request becomes a ticket, then a workflow moves it along | An agent resolves the request; a ticket exists when a person is needed |
| Where AI sits | A bolt-on: article suggestions, summaries, macros | The default path: classification, context, resolution and action |
| Employee entry point | A portal and a catalog people have to learn | Slack, Teams, email, call center or portal, in plain language |
| Context | A CMDB kept current by hand and reconciled quarterly | Assets, applications, employees and policy in the same platform, synced continuously |
| Automation | Scripts and point automations maintained outside the platform | Pre-built and self-built agents that inherit your approvals and audit trail |
| Time to value | Months of implementation before the first ticket | Days to weeks: Cyera replaced Jira in two days, n8n rolled out company-wide in nine weeks |
FAQ
Harmony is an AI-native platform that resolves employee service requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal - built AI-first, not a traditional ticketing system with AI bolted on.
Every ticket is automatically classified, routed, enriched, and resolved or escalated by AI before a human ever touches it, while agents work in a clean, context-rich interface.
