Aisera pricing in 2026: plans, costs and reviews

Aisera publishes no plans or prices; every deal is a custom quote. Vendr's buyer data shows a median of $108,225 a year, from $52,925 to $118,290.
Aisera does not publish plans or prices. Every deal is a custom quote, requested through a demo or an RFP, and Aisera is now an Automation Anywhere company (announced November 4, 2025). The only third-party benchmark is Vendr's buyer data: a median of $108,225 a year, with contracts observed from $52,925 to $118,290. G2 reviewers report about four months to implement and an average discount of 9%, and flag extra charges for GPT enablement, onboarding and expansion to new departments. If you run Aisera on top of ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, that licence is a separate cost.

How is Aisera priced?
Aisera's site has no pricing page. Its homepage invites buyers to submit an RFP to "get answers and a customized quote", and its products page sends visitors to a demo. Automation Anywhere's pages for Aisera for ITSM and Aisera for IT Service Desk list no prices either. G2's pricing panel says Aisera's pricing is built entirely around custom enterprise quotes, with no free plan or free trial.
Aisera Assistant has been available to buy through AWS Marketplace since July 2025, with licensing and payment handled through the buyer's AWS account. Aisera's announcement does not give a price, so expect a private offer rather than a list rate.
Third-party price evidence
| Source | What it shows | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Vendr | Median $108,225 per year; low $52,925; high $118,290 | Third-party estimate from buyer data; purchase count not stated |
| G2 pricing panel | Perceived cost in the highest band; average discount 9%; 4 months to implement; 18 months to ROI | Reviewer-reported |
| G2 reviewers | Additional charges for GPT enablement, onboarding and adding teams or departments | Reviewer-reported |
Treat these as ranges for planning. Aisera sells several product lines, and a quote for one IT service desk will look very different from a multi-department deployment with voice and customer service.
What drives the price
- Product lines and departments. Aisera sells separate experiences for employee service, customer service, IT operations and voice, across IT, HR, finance, facilities and more. Each department you add expands scope, and G2 reviewers say expansion is charged.
- Generative AI features. Reviewers specifically mention a charge for GPT enablement.
- Onboarding and services. Reviewers list onboarding as an additional cost.
- Volume of work. Automation Anywhere says it "charges for work done rather than underutilized seats", but it does not publish the units or rates behind that, so ask how your quote is metered.
What changed after Automation Anywhere acquired Aisera?
On November 4, 2025, Automation Anywhere announced it had acquired Aisera; Aisera's CEO described a definitive agreement in a blog post the same day. The deal value was not disclosed. Automation Anywhere's site now states that it has acquired Aisera, and Aisera's homepage carries the same banner. Since then:
- Brand. Aisera keeps its name and website. Automation Anywhere sells Aisera for ITSM, Aisera for IT Operations and Aisera for IT Service Desk alongside its Agentic Process Automation platform.
- Commitment. Automation Anywhere said it is committed to supporting Aisera's customers and to the ongoing development and support of their products.
- Positioning against seat pricing. Automation Anywhere now pitches Aisera as a way to reduce ITSM licence costs. Its CEO said AI agents mean up to 40% fewer ITSM seats are needed, and an April 2026 release claimed AI agents resolve more than 80% of employee service requests on average across more than 70 enterprise deployments. These are vendor claims.
- Customer results. Automation Anywhere's ITSM page lists customer-reported auto-resolution of 81% at the City and County of Denver, 84% at BDO Canada and 64% at Big 5 Sporting Goods.
For buyers, the practical change is that Aisera is now part of a larger automation suite. If you already use Automation Anywhere for process automation, bundling may help your negotiation. If you do not, ask how the Aisera roadmap and support will be prioritised inside the combined company.
What do reviewers say?
| Site | Rating | Volume | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| G2 | 4.4 / 5 | 146 reviews | Listed as Automation Anywhere Aisera Solutions |
| Gartner Peer Insights | 4.4 / 5 | 184 ratings | 43% five-star, 49% four-star, 8% three-star |
| Capterra | 4.5 / 5 | 2 reviews | Too few to be meaningful |
Recurring praise (summarised): G2 reviewers most often mention ease of implementation, responsive customer support and strong automation. Gartner reviewers highlight accurate intent matching across varied phrasing, reliable ticket integrations with ITSM tools, and analytics that show where conversations drop off and where the knowledge base has gaps.
Recurring complaints (summarised): a learning curve, setup that is time-consuming and complex, the need for specialist expertise, and occasional inaccurate answers. One Gartner reviewer says some requests still were not understood after months of use; another cites support staff turnover slowing improvements. A Capterra reviewer notes that considerable manual administration and tuning are still required.
Note the tension in these numbers: reviewers praise ease of implementation, yet the average reported time to implement is about four months. Ask for a scoped timeline in the contract.
What is the total cost of Aisera?
- Subscription. The quote. Vendr's median of $108,225 a year is a reasonable planning anchor for a first deployment.
- Add-ons. Budget for GPT enablement, onboarding and each additional department, which G2 reviewers say are charged separately.
- The ITSM underneath. Aisera integrates with ITSMs such as ServiceNow and Zendesk, and its Agent Assist embeds in ServiceNow and Jira. If it runs on top of one of them, you keep paying for that platform. Aisera also offers its own AI-native ticketing; if you plan to consolidate, price that scenario separately.
- Implementation and tuning. About four months on average per G2, plus ongoing tuning that reviewers describe as manual.
- Internal time. Someone owns knowledge quality, intent tuning and workflow building in Aisera's studios.
Who is Aisera a good fit for?
Aisera fits larger organizations that want one AI layer across several functions (IT, HR, customer service and IT operations), want voice as well as chat, or already use Automation Anywhere. Its review base is large, and customers on Automation Anywhere's site report high auto-resolution rates.
It is a weaker fit for a 200 to 1,000 employee company that mainly needs IT and HR requests resolved in Slack or Teams. A six-figure median, a four-month rollout and add-on charges are heavy at that size. See the best ITSM for mid-market companies for options scoped to that range.
How Aisera compares with Moveworks, Atomicwork and Harmony
| Vendor | Published pricing | Public starting point | Own ticketing and records | Ownership | G2 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aisera | No | Vendr median $108,225 per year (estimate) | Offers AI-native ticketing; also integrates with existing ITSMs | Automation Anywhere | 4.4 (146) |
| Moveworks | No | $150 per user per year at list, 1,000 to 2,500 users (AWS) | No, front door over an ITSM | ServiceNow | 4.4 (158) |
| Atomicwork | Partly | Professional from $25,000 per year; outcome pricing from $1 per outcome | Yes, or runs on ServiceNow or JSM | Independent | 4.0 (1) |
| Harmony | No | Custom quote | Yes; can also run alongside an existing ITSM | Independent | 4.8 (80) |
Moveworks
Now owned by ServiceNow (completed December 15, 2025) and the basis of ServiceNow EmployeeWorks and Otto. Strengths: a mature employee assistant with enterprise search, and a large review base (G2 4.4 from 158; Gartner 4.5 from 116 ratings). Limitations: quote-only, an ITSM is still needed underneath, and the roadmap is now ServiceNow's. See Moveworks pricing.
Atomicwork
Strengths: published pricing. Professional starts from $25,000 a year for up to 250 end users, and outcome pricing starts at $1 per knowledge answer, $2 per access request and from $3 per resolved ticket, each with annual minimums. It is a full ITSM and ESM, or can run on ServiceNow or Jira Service Management with no platform fee. Limitations: the floor and outcome minimums add up for smaller teams, and its G2 presence is a single review.
Harmony
Harmony is an AI-native IT service management and employee service platform for IT and HR. Its agents resolve up to 90% of routine requests in Slack and Microsoft Teams: they verify identity, act through integrations (MFA reset, application access, group membership, onboarding and offboarding) and open a ticket with full context only when a person is needed. It is the system of record for tickets, assets and SaaS applications, and it integrates with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice and Zendesk tickets, so it can run alongside an existing ITSM.
Pricing: Harmony prices each deployment with a custom quote, scoped to company size and how the platform is used. The core deployment includes the Slack and Teams agent, knowledge base generation, core integrations and support. Harmony is available through AWS Marketplace private offers.
Evidence (customer-reported figures published by Harmony): Kith resolves 57% of questions with no ticket; Fireblocks agents processed 915 application access requests, and a third of 4,800+ employee conversations were resolved with no ticket. Harmony is rated 4.8 on G2 (80 reviews), 4.9 on Gartner Peer Insights (32) and 4.9 on Capterra (19).
Limitations: no published per-seat pricing to self-serve; G2 reviewers ask for more flexible reporting and dashboard widgets; some integrations needed extra setup steps; and Harmony is a younger company (founded 2025) than Aisera or Automation Anywhere. Harmony focuses on employee IT and HR requests, while Aisera also sells customer service AI.

How to get a fair Aisera quote
- Ask for line items: platform, each department, GPT or generative AI features, onboarding and support.
- Ask how "work done" is metered, and what happens to the price if automation rates rise.
- Request a fixed implementation timeline tied to the use cases in scope.
- If you keep your ITSM, add its renewal to the comparison; if Aisera's ticketing would replace it, get that scenario priced too.
- Compare against at least one vendor with published pricing so you have an external reference.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Aisera cost?
Aisera does not publish prices; every deal is a custom quote. Vendr's buyer data shows a median of $108,225 a year, with contracts observed between $52,925 and $118,290.
Does Aisera have a free trial or free plan?
No. G2's pricing panel says Aisera offers no free plan or free trial; buyers start with a demo or an RFP.
Who owns Aisera now?
Automation Anywhere. It announced the acquisition on November 4, 2025, and Aisera continues under its own name as part of Automation Anywhere's agentic automation portfolio.
What extra costs should I expect with Aisera?
G2 reviewers flag separate charges for GPT enablement, onboarding and expanding to more teams or departments. If Aisera runs on top of ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, that licence is an additional cost.
How long does Aisera take to implement?
G2 reviewers report about four months on average. Automation Anywhere says first AI agents can go live in as little as eight weeks, depending on scope.
Is Aisera a good fit for a 500-person company?
It can work, but a six-figure median contract, a multi-month rollout and add-on charges are heavy at that size. Mid-market teams often prefer platforms that combine the AI agent and the ITSM in one product with faster setup.
