Leena AI does not publish prices. Marketplace listings show enterprise contracts, such as USD 300,000 a year for 1,000 users. Plans, reviews and alternatives.

Leena AI does not publish list prices. Its pricing page describes two models: the Universal Assistant (its pre-built HR, IT and finance AI Colleagues), licensed per employee per year with unlimited use and a rate that steps down as headcount grows, and the AI Colleagues Platform, an annual platform fee plus usage billed in tokens. Public marketplace listings show the scale: Leena AI's SAP partner listing prices an Enterprise Virtual Assistant Edition at USD 300,000 per year including 1,000 users, plus a USD 50,000 setup fee, and its AWS Marketplace listing prices individual modules at $200,000 to $400,000 per 24 months. Budget for an enterprise contract.

## What is Leena AI in 2026?

Leena AI now describes itself as an agentic AI platform with pre-built "AI Colleagues" for the back office. There are three named colleagues: **Harrison**, the Universal HR Assistant; **Iris**, the Universal IT Assistant; and **Fiona**, the Universal Finance Assistant. The **AI Colleagues Platform** lets customers build their own, using components Leena AI calls Knowledge Studio, AOP Studio (Agent Operating Protocols), Workflow Studio and an Orchestrator.

On the HR side, Harrison covers areas such as leave and attendance, payroll and compensation, benefits administration, separations, and learning and development. Iris handles identity and access (password resets, permission changes), software and licenses, devices, email and collaboration tools, incidents and service requests. Both pages list mobile, web, Microsoft Teams, Slack and phone as touchpoints, and both state a 45-day go-live.

Leena AI says it supports 100+ languages and 200+ enterprise integrations, naming Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle and Microsoft, with knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Confluence, Box and Drive. It reports 500+ enterprise customers and 70%+ of tickets auto-resolved (vendor figures). The IT page does not say whether Iris replaces an existing ITSM or sits in front of it; its wording ("before they hit the queue") suggests the latter.

## How is Leena AI priced?

Leena AI's [pricing page](https://leena.ai/pricing) publishes the model but not the numbers.

### Universal Assistant

A flat license priced per employee per year with unlimited use. Usage is never metered, and the per-employee rate steps down as headcount grows and reflects your workforce mix. No rate is published.

### AI Colleagues Platform

An annual platform fee plus usage billed in tokens. Usage charges apply only to AI Colleagues you build and run on the platform, not to the Universal Assistant. Each run reports its token usage per step in a dashboard. During a proof of value, Leena AI runs your key use cases in a test environment and shows the measured cost per run, which you multiply by your volumes to get a budget.

Integrations (200+ pre-built connectors) are included, and MCP and A2A support are built in. The page lists no minimum seat count, contract minimum or billing frequency beyond the annual platform fee.

### What public marketplace listings show

Two marketplace listings published by Leena AI give concrete figures. These are list or reference prices on third-party marketplaces, not the price most buyers pay; Leena AI quotes each deal.

| Listing | Product or edition | Published price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| SAP partner page (SuccessFactors) | Enterprise Virtual Assistant Edition | USD 300,000 per year, includes 1,000 users, plus USD 50,000 setup fee | Minimum contract 1 year; a second edition is "price upon request" |
| AWS Marketplace | Agentic AI-Powered Enterprise Virtual Assistant | Seven dimensions per 24 months: Case and Incident Management $400,000; Knowledge Management, Workflows and Transactions Automation, Document Management, Employee Engagement Survey Platform, and ESD and HR/IT Transactions $300,000 each; Implementation $200,000 | 24-month contract; 36-month option "save up to 33%"; custom pricing by private offer |

Read literally, the SAP edition works out to $300 per user per year at 1,000 users (our calculation). The AWS dimensions total $2.1 million over 24 months if every module were bought (our calculation); most buyers would take a subset. The AWS listing also states that Leena AI "guarantees a 70% self-service ratio in the contract."

We could not find a Vendr pricing page for Leena AI.

## What does Leena AI cost in practice?

The license is only part of the total. Plan for:

- **Setup and implementation.** The SAP listing adds a USD 50,000 setup fee and the AWS listing a $200,000 implementation line. Leena AI states a 45-day go-live; G2 reviewers report an average implementation time of 3 months.
- **Time to payback.** G2 reviewers report an average 17 months to return on investment, against the vendor's claim of payback in about one quarter.
- **Modules.** The AWS listing prices case management, knowledge, workflows, documents and surveys separately, so scope drives price.
- **Token usage** if you build custom AI Colleagues on the platform. Use the proof of value to measure cost per run before signing.
- **Term length.** Longer terms are discounted (up to 33% on the AWS 36-month option). G2 shows an average discount of 10%.
- **Minimums.** Both marketplace editions include 1,000 users, which matters for a smaller company.

G2's perceived-cost indicator for Leena AI sits at the highest of its five levels.

## What do reviewers say about Leena AI?

| Site | Rating | Reviews | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| G2 | 4.6 out of 5 | 151 | Ease of use 93, quality of support 94 |
| Gartner Peer Insights | 4.3 out of 5 | 37 | 51% five-star, 38% four-star, 11% three-star |
| Capterra | 4.5 out of 5 | 13 | Most reviews date from 2020 to 2022 |

**Recurring praise:** reviewers describe the employee interface as easy to use, value the natural-language self-service for repetitive HR and IT requests, and say automated responses and ticket handling save time. Several Capterra reviewers mention a responsive vendor team and broad HR coverage.

**Recurring complaints:** G2 reviewers mention occasional glitches and API issues and want more control over the bot's tone. Gartner reviewers cite limited accuracy, slow updates and limited customization. Capterra reviewers say customization takes a long time and the dashboard and UX could be better.

## Who is Leena AI a good fit for?

Leena AI fits large enterprises, often HR-led, that want pre-built assistants across HR, IT and finance, need many languages, and run SAP, Workday, Oracle or ServiceNow. Its contract-level self-service guarantee and modular catalog suit buyers who negotiate multi-year agreements.

**Is it worth it for a 500-person company?** Possibly, but the published editions start at 1,000 users and six-figure annual amounts, and G2 data points to a 3-month implementation. A 200 to 1,000 employee company should compare it with tools priced and scoped for that size. ## How Leena AI compares with Harmony and alternatives

| Tool | Pricing as published | Slack and Teams | HR and IT | Best fit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Leena AI | Quote; marketplace editions from USD 300,000/yr for 1,000 users | Both listed | Separate HR, IT and finance colleagues | Large, HR-led enterprises |
| Harmony | Custom quote | Both | One agent for IT and HR | 200 to 1,000 employee companies |
| Atomicwork | From $25,000/yr (Professional, up to 250 end users); outcome pricing from $1 per outcome | Both | One platform (ITSM and ESM) | Teams that want published plans and outcome pricing |
| Siit | $23 to $89 per admin per month, billed annually; AI agents on Pro | Both | One inbox | Small teams running IT and HR together |
| Freshservice | $19 to $99 per agent per month, billed annually; Freddy AI Copilot $29 per agent per month | Not named on its HR page | ESM workspaces for HR | Classic case management with SLAs |

**Harmony.** Harmony's AI agents resolve up to 90% of routine requests inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, acting through integrations (MFA and password resets, app access with approvals, onboarding and offboarding) and opening a ticket only when a person is needed. [Harmony for HR](https://harmony.io/hr) runs on the same agent: policy and benefits questions, [time off](https://harmony.io/agents/pto-request), [onboarding](https://harmony.io/agents/new-hire-onboarding) and [offboarding](https://harmony.io/agents/employee-offboarding), with human approval where needed. It is also a system of record for assets, applications and employee records. Each deployment is priced with a [custom quote](https://harmony.io/pricing) scoped to company size and how the platform is used; the core deployment includes the Slack and Teams agent, knowledge base generation, core integrations and support, and Harmony is available through AWS Marketplace private offers. In customer-reported figures published by Harmony, [Cyera](https://harmony.io/customers/cyera) resolves roughly 85 to 89% of employee requests automatically and [Kith](https://harmony.io/customers/kith) resolves 57% of questions with no ticket. Ratings: G2 4.8 (80 reviews), Gartner Peer Insights 4.9 (32), Capterra 4.9 (19). Limitations: no published price list to self-serve, G2 reviewers ask for more flexible reporting and dashboard widgets, some integrations needed extra setup steps, and Harmony is a younger company (founded 2025) than Leena AI, which announced its Series B in 2021.

**Atomicwork.** An AI-native ITSM and ESM platform with published plans and outcome-based pricing. The Professional floor is lower than Leena AI's marketplace editions but caps at 250 end users, and its review base is small. See [Atomicwork pricing](https://harmony.io/insights/atomicwork-pricing).

**Siit.** Transparent per-admin pricing and a single inbox for Slack, Teams, email and portal requests, with HiBob, Workday and 21 more HRIS connectors. Its HR page does not describe HR-specific agents.

**Freshservice.** Mature HR case management with SLAs, onboarding and offboarding Journeys, documents and e-signature, and AI HR agents. Pricing is per agent, and its HR page does not name Slack or Teams.
