Jira Service Management is free for 3 agents, then $21.50 (Standard) or $55.28 (Premium) per agent per month on Atlassian's pricing page. Enterprise is quoted.

Jira Service Management (JSM) publishes its prices. Atlassian's pricing page lists a Free plan for up to 3 agents, Standard at $21.50 per agent per month and Premium at $55.28 per agent per month, with annual billing saving up to 17%. Enterprise is sold on annual contracts only and quoted by sales. Agents are the people who work tickets; the seat price is the main cost, with limits on automation runs, Rovo AI credits, Assets objects and virtual agent conversations on each plan.

## What Jira Service Management costs for a real team

At list price on the Standard plan, 10 agents cost $215 a month and 50 agents cost $1,075 a month. On Premium, 25 agents cost $1,382 a month and 50 agents cost $2,764 a month. Annual billing lowers this by up to 17%, but annual plans bill at the user tier closest to your count rather than the exact number. Requesters who only raise tickets are not agents, so the bill tracks the size of the support team, not the company.

### Costs beyond the seat price

**Virtual service agent.** Premium and Enterprise include 1,000 assisted conversations a month (12,000 a year); each extra assisted conversation is billed at $0.30, per Atlassian's pricing page. A team deflecting several thousand requests a month should model this line.

**Assets.** Standard includes 5,000 Assets objects, Premium 50,000 and Enterprise 500,000, with overage at $0.02 per object per month. A CMDB that also tracks software and licenses can pass the Standard allowance quickly.

**Automation and AI credits.** Automation steps and Rovo credits are capped per user per month on each plan (see the table), so heavy automation can push a team to a higher tier.

## Jira Service Management reviews

On G2, Jira Service Management rates 4.3 out of 5 from 1,004 reviews (November 2026). Its strengths are the tie to Jira Software for engineering teams and a large marketplace of add-ons; the trade-offs are setup effort and the number of limits to track across automation, AI credits and Assets objects.

## Alternatives to Jira Service Management

**Harmony.** Harmony's AI agents resolve up to 90% of routine requests inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, acting through integrations (MFA and password resets, app access with approvals, onboarding and offboarding) and opening a ticket only when a person is needed. It is also a system of record for assets, applications and employee records. Each deployment is priced with a [custom quote](https://harmony.io/pricing) scoped to company size and how the platform is used; the core deployment includes the Slack and Teams agent, knowledge base generation, core integrations and support, and Harmony is available through AWS Marketplace private offers. In customer-reported figures published by Harmony, [Cyera](https://harmony.io/customers/cyera) resolves roughly 85 to 89% of employee requests automatically and [Kith](https://harmony.io/customers/kith) resolves 57% of questions with no ticket. Limitations: no published price list to self-serve, and Harmony is a younger company (founded 2025).

**Freshservice.** Per-agent pricing with ITSM, asset and HR service management in one product. See [Freshservice pricing](https://harmony.io/insights/freshservice-pricing).

**TOPdesk.** Published per-agent plans with unlimited end users and assets, billed in GBP by default. See [TOPdesk pricing](https://harmony.io/insights/topdesk-pricing).

**ServiceNow.** The enterprise default, sold by quote and licensed per fulfiller. See [ServiceNow pricing](https://harmony.io/insights/servicenow-pricing).
